For over a decade I’ve been buying overlooked homes across Southern Oregon — the ones with good bones and bad timing — and turning them into places people are glad to live. This is the work: before, after, and the thinking in between.

I buy overlooked properties — houses that need work, apartments, mobile home and RV parks, land. Southern Oregon is home base, but I’ll go where a good deal is. I fix them up, hold the good ones, and I’m always looking for the next one.

My angle

I buy numbers and neighborhoods — not nails and studs.

I’m an investor, not a contractor. I look at a house for what it can return and what it can mean for the street it sits on. The renovation is just how we get there — the decision is always about the deal and the people it serves. I’ve never bought a house I fell in love with. I’ve bought a lot of houses the math loved.

I buy properties other people pass on — the tired rental, the inherited house nobody wants to deal with, the small apartment building, the park that needs an operator who actually cares. No agents, no staging, no fixing it up first. I look at the numbers and the neighborhood, make a straight offer, and close on a timeline that works for you. Southern Oregon is home base, but if the deal makes sense I’ll look at it wherever it is. If you’re sitting on something that’s become a headache, that’s exactly the call I want.
